This expanding privately owned developer is seeking a temp Technical Manager to assist on a challenging site in Hertfordshire for a duration of up to 6 months.. The site consists of both refurb and new build and requires an experienced Technical or Design manager who can really hit the ground running.
Candidates must be existing Design or Technical individuals with a proven track record in delivering residential schemes and will be working with an existing Technical Manager on the job.
Candidates must Have a construction or design related qualification.
A competitive day rate is on offer to suitable individuals.
