DC Personnel are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operative to join our client in Loughborough overseeing daily operations and ensuring the efficient functioning of their warehouse facility.

Pay Rate £12 per hour

Hours are Monday to Friday 8am-4:30pm, occasional work on Sundays are required too.

This is a full time role

Ideally looking for an experienced warehouse operative to progress into the next step with a business going through a strong & sustained period of growth.

Duties

Knowledge of order picking and packing and use of warehouse in-house systems
Manage inventory using Warehouse Management System (WMS) Linnworks would be a plus but training will be provided
Oversee shipping and receiving processes
Experience of stock control and stock management
Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff activities
Assist with any miss-picks or errors and rectify immediately

Requirements

Experience in warehouse management and inventory control
Ability to perform heavy lifting duties when needed
Apply knowledge to resolve equipment issues
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Forklift licence would be an advantage but not essential
