Freelance Site Manager – External Works (Render & Cladding) – Kidlington, Oxford

? 12-Week Contract | Tier 1 Main Contractor | Immediate Start ?

We are seeking a Freelance Site Manager to oversee the £1.8M render and cladding package, along with additional external works, on a £70M revamp of a detention centre in Kidlington, near Oxford. This is a 12-week contract, and we need someone available ASAP.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Overseeing the render and cladding package, ensuring quality and compliance
✔ Managing subcontractors and coordinating site activities
✔ Ensuring works are completed on schedule and within budget
✔ Maintaining high health & safety standards on-site
✔ Reporting progress and liaising with project stakeholders

Requirements:

? Proven experience managing external works, particularly render & cladding
? Strong background in Site Management within Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contracting
? SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certified
? Ability to start immediately
