* One of the largest Facilities Management & Technical Services provider.

Your new role

* Working in a mobile multi-skilled maintenance role, Mon - Fri, 40-hour week, covering a portfolio of client facing commercial offices, based in and around Reading, Oxford and surrounding areas.

* Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance duties. You will be working with a range of building service appliances.

* Emergency light testing, fire alarm testing, light replacements, socket changes, HVAC, filter changes on AHU’s, FCU’s, water hygiene, basic plumbing, temp checks, minor repairs, fault finding and any other general building service maintenance duties.

What you'll need to succeed

* Experience in a facilities maintenance / building service role is essential.

* Strong communication skills.

* Can do attitude, willing to be flexible.
