(Majority Office-Based in Wetherby with Site Visits)
Salary: £30,000 + Benefits (Depending on Experience)
Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
(Flexibility for Site/Client Visits Required)

Role Overview
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base. You will be responsible for identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of our services.
This hybrid role will involve working from our Wetherby office and attending site visits to meet with clients, ensuring their requirements are fully understood and met.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to secure long-term partnerships.
Present our solutions and services effectively, tailoring proposals to client needs.
Client Engagement:
Conduct site visits to assess client requirements and recommend suitable security solutions.
Provide technical advice on CCTV, monitoring, and hoarding systems to ensure client satisfaction.
Act as a point of contact for clients, ensuring prompt resolution of inquiries or issues.
Market Analysis:
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Provide insights and feedback to improve product offerings and services.
Coordination and Reporting:
Collaborate with the operations and technical teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Key Skills and Experience
Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management (preferably in a related industry).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Full UK driving license (essential) due to site visit requirements.
