Technical Account Manager | Remote | Up to £45,000
The Opportunity:
An ambitious Technical Account Manager is required to sell a new cutting-edge, rail-focused software system that aims to create better journeys for passengers by providing industry partners with powerful insights into their operations. The successful candidate will work closely with key customers such as Network Rail, TfL, and Train Operating Companies.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as a technical advisor to prospects and customers, demonstrating how their software system solves their challenges
Partner with the sales team to support the entire sales process
Work closely with the systems engineering team to understand product suites and their application.
Develop proficiency demonstrating the software system environment for both internal and external audiences.
Working Practices:
Remote working with expectations to travel to meet with clients and occasional travel to the office based in Scunthorpe
Candidate Essentials:
Ability to understand system architecture – Technology/Platform savvy (Essential)
Someone who is willing to be customer facing and represent the company (Essential)
Ability to articulate technical information (Essential)
Passion for technology and able to share and help develop product improvement ideas (Essential)
UK Driving License (Essential)
Enthusiastic individual who is eager to learn (Desirable)
Qualifications:
Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent background. degree or equivalent (Essential)
