Bee Happy are seeking a skilled Sous Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food production, and maintaining a smooth culinary process.

Responsibilities:

* Supervise kitchen staff in food preparation and cooking activities

* Assist in menu planning and development

* Oversee food production to maintain quality standards

* Collaborate with the Head Chef to create innovative dishes

* Maintain kitchen cleanliness and adherence to hygiene regulations

* Provide guidance and support to junior kitchen staff

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant kitchen environment

* Proficient in various cooking techniques and food preparation methods

* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff

* Knowledge of kitchen operations, equipment, and culinary best practices

* A passion for culinary arts and creativity in menu development

* Qualification in Culinary Arts or relevant field is advantageous

Candidates must hold a valid driving license for this role
