Temple Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Administrator to join our clients office based in Northampton, Northamptonshire.
09:00 - 17:00 with 30 Mins break (37.5 hours)
Sales ledger, raising invoices and statement runs.
Communicating with customers and operations to resolve queries.
General admin work, other accounts functions will be also be part of the role.
The ideal candidate will have the following
* Receptionist experience, admin experience also required.
* Be from a facility management background or similar who is used to taking constant calls with confidence.
* Have a fast call wrapping speed
* Experience working with various I.T systems.
* If not from facility management or similar, must still have proven telephone experience.
Please note this is a office based role.
The ideal candidate will also have some accounting experience and basic Excel knowledge.
