Enclosing Operator (Buhrs) | Leicester
Salary – Negotiable depending on experience
Monday-Friday – Shifts 6am- 1:30pm or 1:30pm – 9pm

Aim Search are partnered with an excellent producer of innovative Print & Direct Mail based in Leicester, who are recruiting experienced Production staff to join their friendly team. Our client is recruiting experienced Enclosing Mailing Operators to operate BURHS/SM15, primary purpose of this role is to set up, adjust, safely Operate enclosing machines. While the Operator will ensure that each product meets job instruction specification and passes relevant QC checks.

About the Enclosing Operator:

* · Set up and operate machines both automated and non-automated

* · Monitor assigned machine to ensure adherence to specifications and make adjustments as needed to maintain specification and operating speed

* · Troubleshoot Machine problems, resolve if possible, notify shop floor manager

* · Perform Quality checks and stack/tray finish products according to job specification

* · Record production data with accuracy on to company timesheets

* · Run Equipment at optimal level at all times to meet job target dates

About the successful Enclosing Mailing Operator:

* · Experience working in the Direct Mail industry, operating Enclosing machines (Buhrs or similar)

* · Good communication skills

* · Strong visual skills with an eye for detail

* · A good strong team ethic and willingness to ‘pitch in’ whenever necessary.

* · This is a physical job which requires a certain degree of physical fitness.

* · Guarantee their own work is to the highest standard.
