Sales Administrator
We are recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join an organisation based in Reading. This is a super opportunity for someone who is keen to kick start their career in an office environment who is customer focused and an effective communicator.
Working hours Monday - Friday 9am -5pm and the role fully office based.
Sales Administrator duties include:
Processing customer orders
Booking couriers
General administrative duties including answering the telephone.
Keeping customers informed of their order progress whilst it is being manufactured
Sales Administrator required qualifications and skills:
Strong customer service skills
Administration experience is an advantage
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Decisiveness, confidence, and flexibility to work with a diverse range of customers and colleagues
Organised
Professional
