Key Responsibilities:

* Engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the vehicle purchasing process.

* Offer expert advice on a range of vehicles, including their features and benefits.

* Organise and conduct test drives to showcase vehicle performance and specifications.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring they have a positive buying experience.

* Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively prospecting for new business and following up with leads.

* Ensure the sales process is fully compliant with company policies and industry regulations.

* Keep up-to-date with the latest vehicle models and dealership promotions.

What We’re Looking For:

* Previous experience in car sales or a sales-focused role is preferred.

* A passion for cars and a desire to deliver exceptional customer service.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and friendly approach.

* Self-motivated with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.

* A full UK driving license is essential.
