Our client is a well-established provider of specialist residential care and education services, committed to delivering exceptional care and support to young people with complex needs. They are seeking a dedicated and forward-thinking Registered Manager to oversee the operation of a residential home based in Halifax.

What You’ll Do:
* Lead and manage a team to deliver high-quality care and support to young people with complex needs, ensuring their safety, wellbeing, and personal development.
* Oversee all aspects of the home’s operations, ensuring compliance with Ofsted standards and regulatory requirements.
* Create a positive and nurturing environment that empowers young people to achieve their full potential.
* Drive continuous improvement, ensuring the home remains a centre of excellence.
* Manage budgets and resources effectively to deliver exceptional care.
* Provide leadership, mentoring, and professional development for your team.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a children’s residential care setting, ideally working with young people with complex needs.
* Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and a track record of achieving Good or Outstanding ratings.
* A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
* Exceptional leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
* A commitment to delivering the highest standards of care and support.
