About the Role: As a Supply Cover Supervisor, you will supervise students across a range of subjects in the absence of their regular teachers. You will ensure that students remain on task with their work and manage classroom behaviour effectively. This is a fantastic opportunity for those seeking flexible work in schools, with the chance to build experience in a variety of classroom settings.

Your responsibilities will include:

Supervising students during lesson times and ensuring they stay on task.

Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment.

Providing support for students with any queries or difficulties with their work.

Reporting any issues to school staff at the end of the lesson.

Following lesson plans and ensuring students remain productive.

Key Requirements:

Experience working with young people (desirable, but not essential).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A proactive and professional attitude.

Ability to manage classroom behavior effectively.

Enhanced DBS check (we can assist with this if needed).
