Your working pattern:

Monday to Friday
6am to 4pm
60-minute break

No two days are the same, but you will typically:

Perform multi-drop deliveries in a safe and timely manner
Supervise the HGVs loading and unloading
Ensure the load is accurate and in keeping with customers orders
Quality check goods-off with customers and obtain their signature
Maintain compliance with tachograph law and safety regulation
Ensure cleanliness of the HGV and prevention to damage
Report any accidents immediately in line with the accident reporting procedure
Complete daily inspection sheet and hand to Operations Manager
Any other duties as reasonably required.

What you’ll need:

UK Driving Licence (Category C, Full, Clean)
Class 2 HGV Licence
Driver CPC
Driving in the UK (1 year)
Delivery driving
Sound geographical knowledge of the region/UK
Planning and organisation
Communication and reliability
Awareness of health importance, particularly during autonomous working time.
Manual dexterity
Interpersonal skills, particularly toward customers and colleagues
Able to remain calm and conducive in challenging situations
