Are you an ambitious Assistant Site Manager looking to make your mark on high-value commercial and logistics projects?

We’re working with a well-established main contractor specialising in commercial and industrial developments, and they’re looking for a driven individual to join their team on a flagship £10M industrial unit project in Liverpool.

? The Role:

You’ll be supporting site operations from the ground up, working closely with the Site Manager and project team to ensure smooth delivery. You’ll be hands-on with subcontractor coordination, H&S compliance, and day-to-day site logistics.

✅ What You’ll Need:

*

Previous experience in a site-based role (industrial/commercial experience preferred)

*

SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid – all required

*

Strong organisational skills and a proactive, can-do attitude

*

Keen eye for detail and a passion for progressing in construction management

Temp or Temp-to-Perm – with long-term opportunities for the right person
