As Press Brake Setter/Operator at Aldermans, your responsibilities will include: 

Accurately setting up and operating press brake machinery to produce parts from metal, ensuring specifications are met.
Reading and interpreting engineering drawings to make necessary program adjustments for quality production.
Inspecting and measuring finished products using tools like callipers, micrometres, and gauges to ensure they meet tolerances and quality standards.
Performing basic maintenance on press brake machines, ensuring they remain in excellent working condition.
Identifying and resolving issues during the setup of tools and the production process to minimise downtime.
Ensuring data capture is accurate and paperwork is completed.
Adhering to company health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment.
At Aldermans, we’re looking for a Press Brake Setter/Operator with:

Proven experience in Press Brake Setting and Operating.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Knowledge of various metals and their properties.
Familiarity with measurement tools and techniques.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Team player with excellent communication skills.
Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
