Job Description:
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team. You will be responsible for providing high-quality mental health care and support to patients with a range of mental health conditions. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide mental health assessments and support to patients.
* Develop and implement care plans.
* Administer medication as prescribed.
* Work closely with patients’ families and carers.
* Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
Requirements:
* Valid NMC registration as a Mental Health Nurse.
* Previous experience in a similar role.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* 6 Months NHS Experience is a must
