Due to growth we are on the lookout for a Warehouse Team Leader to join an established warehouse & logistics company based in the Swindon area.

About the Warehouse Team Leader role:

* The working hours are Monday to Friday, 11.30am-8pm (some flexibility will be required)

* Salary is £27,250 per annum (including shift allaowance)

* Permanent role

* Swindon based

Duties for the Warehouse Team Leader role:

* As late shift Team Leader you will ensure everything is wrapped up at the end of the day ready for the day shift.

* Managing a team of upto 15 warehouse operatives

* Plan / organise the workload for the Warehouse Operatives

* Stock management, ensuring stock is replenished into the Warehouse when there is adequate space

* Assist in training staff where appropriate

* Hold daily meetings with the team to ensure everyone is aware of the daily priority and instill motivation

* Ensure the site is clean and tidy and health & safety legislation and company best practices are adhered to at all times

Experience / skillsets required for the Warehouse Team Leader role:

* Experience of working in a fast paced, warehouse environment

* IT competent with a good level of knowledge within MS Excel

* A Counterbalance / Flexi Forklift Licence would be beneficial or willingness to undertake training

* Capable of working from own initiative whilst also following process and procedure

* Good attention to detail and a good finisher

* Willing to learn & positive attitude
