The role of a Food and Beverage Manager is crucial to ensuring the proper functioning of our client’s establishment. The Job
The successful candidate will oversee all operations relating to the food and beverage services our client offers ensuring tip-top hygiene and safety standards, effective financial management, and exceptional customer service. This is a varied role where you’ll be leading a dedicated team and liaising with a mixture of different departments and suppliers.

Key responsibilities include:

* Working with the MD to plan and develop menus in line with market trends and customer preferences.

* Monitor the quality of food and beverage products.

* Managing the food and beverage provisions for all events from planning to execution.

* Oversee both stock and budget management.

* Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits.

* Previous experience in managing a customer-focused food and beverage operation.

* Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communications skills.

Salary
£36k per annum. This opportunity offers a bonus payment after each opening period and event.

Location
Keynsham.

Hours
45 hours per week working between Monday and Sunday in line with business needs. A level of flexibility is required to accommodate events and peak periods.
