Brighton MET College (East Campus) has an opportunity to join the Inclusion team as a Co -Ordinator and Welfare Advisor.

The Inclusion department aims to deliver a dynamic and exciting programme to students with a range of learning and or behavioural needs. The area includes Gateway Foundation Learning, Future you Programmes and 14-16 provision.
The successful candidate will be creative, experienced and passionate about working with challenging young people and have the ability to engage and encourage students to participate.
This role involves communicating with parents/carers and working with our young people to encourage class participation.
In order to apply for this role, you will need excellent communication skills and be proactive in behaviour management and student welfare support.
