We have the pleasure of recruiting for a brand new role to join our well established client. We are seeking a confident Customer Services/ Internal Sales person that enjoys customer interaction to join their small and personable sales team.
This is a full time, office-based role with salary between £23k-£25k DOE.
Due to the rural location, you must drive and have your own reliable transport.
You will be working within a small, outgoing and friendly team, responding to the customers’ requirements and providing information and quotations.
Dealing with all the relevant paperwork and administration to run alongside this and process forthcoming orders effectively and accurately.
Candidate Requirements
• Experience within a Customer Service office environment is essential
• Excellent telephone manner it is crucial you will enjoy speaking on the telephone
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• IT Literacy with accurate data entry skills
Any past experience from a role which dealt with processes, H&S or technical would be advantageous as it would allow you to support other parts of the role.
The successful candidate will have a positive, outgoing nature, and have empathy and diplomacy when required.
