Edwards Employment Solutions are recruiting for an experienced on-going Temporary  Part Time Administrator for a key role within a small but very busy Administration business, based in Chesterfield.

This is a fantastic role of Part Time Administrator for people who have all-round administrative skills and have worked on various booking systems.

Working within a small team and reporting to a Team Manager, your duties as a Part Time Administrator will include:

Salary details & package - Part Time Administrator

£12.84p/h to move to £13.05p/h after 3 months

15  hours a week - Mon Fri (to be discussed) 

Early finish on a Friday

Free onsite parking

28 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays)

The Role – Part Time Administrator

As an Part Time Administrator, you will be responsible for….

Providing and answering service to a varied range of clients in multiple sectors

Using the bespoke booking systems

Booking appointments for customers

Typing accurate information

A variety of ad-hoc Admin tasks

To be successful in this role for Part Time Administrator you must have:

Good interpersonal and communications skills

Excellent telephone manner

Excellent customer service skills

Ability to deliver tasks to tight deadlines.

Ability to complete admin tasks accurately and follow instructions.

Confidence and ability to establish effective working relationships both internally and externally.

Ability to work on your own initiative.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced high-volume environment

Ability to work in a pressurised environment.
