Electrician - Reactive Maintenance

Location: South East London and Kent

Temp - Perm possition £20.00 - £21.00 per hour + van and fuel card

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Social Housing Electrician to work for a large social housing contractor. As a Social Housing Electrician, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and functionality of electrical systems in social housing properties. You will work closely with our maintenance team to provide efficient and effective electrical services to our residents.

About the Role

Working to deliver the best quality service, you'll join us to undertake electrical repairs, testing and installation works across your dedicated area, whilst complying with BS7671, ensuring implementation and compliance is in line with our Health and Safety Policy and procedures.

About You

Candidates will be able to work individually or as part of a team and will have proven experience within a similar role.

Essential Qualifications Required:

Level 3 NVQ in Electrotechnical Services (Electrical Installation - Buildings & Structures)
Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Installing Electrotechnical systems and equipment (buildings, structures and the environment)
City & Guilds 2360 Electrical Installation Theory and Practice Part 2
Level 3 Certificate in Electrotechnical TechnologyMust have

Electrical Installations BS7671 (18th Edition) if not delivered as part of one of the above courses
ECS Card - Gold or working towardsYou must hold a valid full UK driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months as a company vehicle will be provided (work use only).
