Role title: Quality Controller (Electrical / Production)

Location: Acton - West London facility.

Salary: 32.5k per annum

Mon - Fri 8am - 4.30pm

Immediate start

Candidate Experience:

Experience within a Quality Control / Production environment.

Working in a ISO9001 environment

Skills:

Computer (Windows & MS Office) literate.

Significant experience of being part of a production quality inspection team.

Capable of creative solutions.

Experience of industrial quality environment (Electrical/Electronic/Electromechanical).

Ability to self-manage and prioritise time/workload and use initiative to find and provide solutions.

Willingness to continually learn new skills/increase knowledge.

Perfect knowledge of English (written and spoken).

Role scope:

In-process and final inspection of finished goods
Analysis of production documentation accuracy
Analysis of production Bills of Material for accuracy
Training of Team Leaders to create an inspection team
Liaison with Engineering department regarding documentation accuracy
Identify and escalate quality issues with parts and components to QA colleagues
Liaison with production operators and management regarding process issues
Assist with in-process and final inspection training during new product introductions
Assist with goods-inwards inspection
