French Speaking Customer Service Support

The company: A leading and well-established supplier of workwear to businesses in the UK and Europe

Main duties: To be the first point of contact for customers within a designated region providing outstanding customer service.

The role:
- To respond to sales enquiries from customers in a timely manner
- Respond to quotes and product information
- Raise orders and send invoices
- Database maintenance, customer registration and admin support
- Attend trade show 2 - 3 times a year

The candidate:
- Fluent in French (written and spoken) essential
- Fluent in German a plus but not a requirement
- Experience in Customer service or admin support beneficial
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Sales focused with strong attention to details
- Dynamic, enthusiastic and proactive
- IT literate

The salary: £26,000 per annum plus bonus
