Purpose of role and accountabilities:
* React confidently to new situations, using own initiative and available resource to complete tasks effectively.
* Managing the filing of Non-Disclosure Agreements, Contracts & other key documents and business correspondence ensuring that existing SharePoint databases are kept up to date accordingly.
* To act as a key interface in the checking of various customer RFP portals and platforms, further assisting in the uploading of key documents to support the bid activity of the business.
* To maintain content on the external website of the business
* To assist in the creation and maintenance of various company presentation / marketing material.
* To undertake market research and competitor analysis projects.
* To provide valuable assistance to the wider commercial function and programmes department, undertaking various tasks as needed.
Core skills/attributes needed:
• Diligent, hard-working, and results/deadline driven
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Be able to react confidently to new situations, using own initiative and available resource to complete tasks effectively.
• Will, ideally currently be working, or have recently worked within the Aerospace or similar industry within a commercial or administrative based role;
• Requires thoroughness, resourcefulness, adaptability to shifting priorities/deadlines and multi-tasking;
• Requires excellent analytical skills and the ability to evaluate and resolve problems;
• Must be able to work as part of a team or on their own and show initiative;
• Will show attention to detail and be able to analyse and present information in a clear and concise format;
• Will have experience of using Microsoft Office applications and be proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
