About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Paediatric Site Practitioner to join an esteemed team at a premier private hospital specialising in women's and children's healthcare. As a Paediatric Site Practitioner you will provide round-the-clock support, managing acutely unwell and deteriorating paediatric patients, and coordinating with HDU/PICU as necessary.
In this role, you will:
* Maintain a visible clinical presence, acting as a role model and expert practitioner.
* Utilise advanced nursing skills to coordinate resources and collaborate with on-site Duty Managers.
* Support the PICU step-down process and bed allocation.
* Be part of the Paediatric Hospital at Night Team, ensuring timely patient care.
Requirements
* NMC RN Child qualification
* Experience in HDU/Critical Care
* Paediatric Physical Assessment Skills
* Current APLS/EPALS provider
* Ability to work effectively under pressure
