Job Title: Behaviour Buddy
Location: Guildford

Are you passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of young people? We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Behaviour Support Buddy to join a school in Guildford. This role involves supporting students who face challenges with behavior, helping them to develop positive strategies, and promoting a constructive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

* Support and implement behaviour plans.
* Monitor, record, and report on behaviours.
* Assist in de-escalating crises and managing challenging behaviours.
* Collaborate with staff on behaviour strategies.
* Encourage positive social skills and behaviours.
* Maintain confidentiality and participate in training.

Requirements:

* Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with students
* Patient, empathetic, and resilient in the face of challenges
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
