We are looking for an ASB and Safeguarding Officer to join the team of a well-established housing organisation.
This role is offering a immediate start.

ASB and Safeguarding Officer
Temporary 3 Month Contract
Mon-Fri/ 35 hours
Covering several patches in and around the West midlands
Day rate of £135.88 Via Umbrella

As an ASB and Safeguarding officer, you will be:

Dealing with tenants in regards to reducing the risk of tenancy failure
Managing a complex case-load of ASB, tenancy breaches, safeguarding and tenancy fraud cases
Ensuring tenants receive good customer service and communication through out
Making appropriate referrals to statutory agencies and other organisations
Instigating tenancy enforcement and court action, working closely with the legal team
As an ASB and Safeguarding Officer, you will have:

Experience dealing with tenancy breaches, safeguarding and tenancy fraud
Previously managed your own case-load of ASB
Investigated ASB and tenancy related issues
Worked with vulnerable customers and enforcement of tenancy conditions
Full UK Driving licence
Requires a basic DBS and Social Media check
