We are currently looking for a Quality Controller to join a leading manufacturing firm at their site based in Congleton.

This role is essential in ensuring the highest quality standards across the organisation and maintaining compliance with all Health & Safety regulations.

What’s on offer?

* £35,000 - £40,000 per year

* Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm

* 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays)

What will you be doing as a Quality Controller?

* Leading and managing the ISO Certification Process, Quality Management System, and Quality Control Departments

* Overseeing quality assurance procedures for production, goods in, and finished products

* Liaising with suppliers and customers on quality issues, managing supplier audits, and resolving non-conformances

* Performing internal audits to ensure compliance with quality standards

* Managing Health & Safety operations, including risk assessments, accident investigations, and regulatory compliance

* Ensuring NEBOSH certification and provide Health & Safety training for production operatives

What do you need?

* Proven experience in a quality control and health & safety role

* Strong knowledge of ISO Certification processes and QMS management

* NEBOSH qualification or similar
