We are looking for an experienced Account Manager with a technical or facilities maintenance background to oversee key client relationships and contract performance in Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-driven professional who understands building services, P&L management, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and develop key client accounts, ensuring high levels of service delivery
* Oversee FM contracts, ensuring compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and financial performance targets
* Work closely with engineering, technical, and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery
* Identify opportunities for contract growth and improvement
* Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers
* Manage budgets, P&L accountability, and cost control
Requirements:
* Technical or Facilities Maintenance background (M&E, Hard FM, or Building Services preferred)
* Proven experience in Account Management / Contract Management within FM or Building Services
* Strong financial acumen – experience managing budgets and P&L
* Excellent communication, leadership, and client relationship management skills
* Knowledge of health & safety regulations and compliance
