Our client is a property investor with a portfolio of approx. 30 commercial office buildings across London and the Home Counties.

We are seeking an experienced FM Property Manager to manage 6 or 7 of those buildings, ensuring that all contracted hard and soft FM services at are delivered to an exceptional standard. You will also be required to ensure that H&S compliance is maintained, that tenants are happy and occupancy rates are high.

You will be calculating and managing service charge and capex budgets and leading on projects within your portfolio.

With a salary band of £48k to £55k we will consider candidates from 4 years + experience. There is a discretionary bonus scheme, good pension that increases with service, private healthcare and expensed travel.

This is a hybrid role with flexible requirement to work from home, in the office in Vauxhall and visit properties throughout London and home Counties.
