Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of construction projects, including plan checking and on-site technical assessments.
* Ensure compliance with building regulations and codes.
* Keep up to date with changes in building regulations and address compliance issues promptly.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and stakeholders.
* Assist in the development of trainee surveyors within the team.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Proven track record in a Building Control role.
* Class 2F+ registration with the BSR (essential).
* Chartered Membership (e.g., RICS, CIOB, or CABE) – desired.
* Experience with high-rise residential and commercial buildings.
* Excellent communication skills, both individually and as part of a team.
* A drive to develop professionally.
