Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in education or a related field, along with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
While not always mandatory, prior teaching experience, either as a classroom teacher or as a supply teacher, is often preferred.
A strong understanding of the subject(s) you will be teaching, along with the ability to adapt to different curriculum requirements.
Ability to effectively manage classroom dynamics and behaviour, maintaining a positive and productive learning environment.
Willingness to adapt to different teaching assignments, year groups, and schools as required.
To work with GSL Education, you should:
Have the right to work in the UK.
Have an up-to-date CV with two relevant references from within the last 2 years.
Have a DBS registered to the update service or be happy to apply for one with GSL Education.
