Clearfield Recruitment have partnered with a well-established and respected roofing company based in Norwich, providing high-quality roofing services to both residential and commercial clients. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Roofer on a permanent basis.

You will have a strong background in various roofing types, particularly flat, pitched and green roofing systems, and a commitment to delivering exceptional quality in all aspects of roofing work.

Responsibilities of this role will include;

* Conducting installations, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of roofing types (including flat, pitched, and green roofs).

* Inspecting problem roofs to determine the best repair options.

* Safely working at heights and following all health and safety regulations.

* Working closely with other team members to complete projects on time and to a high standard.

* Providing excellent customer service and clear communication with clients when needed.

The ideal applicant will posess;

* Proven experience as a Roofer, ideally with 3+ years in the field.

* Familiarity with flat, pitched, and green roofing systems is essential.

* Knowledge of health and safety protocols related to roofing and construction work.

* Valid CSCS card and full UK driving license are preferred.

* Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

* Full UK driving licence.

The successful applicant can expect to receive;

* Competitive salary range of £32,000 - £40,000 per year, based on experience.
