We are currently looking for a Residential Childrens Support Worker to work flexibly on a shift by shift basis in one of our residential homes in Bournemouth as and when the shifts become available.

The shifts will run from 7am until 7pm followed by a sleep in.

Pay rates are also negotiable depending on experience!

The company is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Childrens Residential Support Worker to join their team. As a Childrens Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children and young people.

Key Responsibilities

* Providing support and care to children and young people with complex needs

* Working as part of a team to ensure that the needs of the children and young people are met

* Assisting with personal care and daily living tasks

* Supporting children and young people with education and recreational activities

* Building positive relationships with children, young people, and their families
