Assist the Technical Manager and act as their deputy when required.
Ensure adherence to BRCGS standards, retailer requirements, and food safety regulations.
Lead audits, risk assessments, and evaluations of key processes.
Champion ongoing improvements in food safety and product quality.
Oversee the review and approval of policies, procedures, and product artwork.
Profile
A degree in a food science or related discipline.
At least three years of experience within the food manufacturing industry.
In-depth understanding of BRCGS requirements and major retailer standards.
