We’re currently looking for a Membership Administrator on a full-time, permanent basis who will become the first point of contact within the membership team for First Milk members, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.

The Role
As a Membership Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for all member enquiries ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
Additionally, you will:
- Calculate, process and check calculations and payments made to members.
- Admin of Farm Assurance accounts and compliance
- Act on queries linked to milk quality
- Maintain the company’s database and provide weekly and monthly reports
- Issue mailings and communications
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
About You
To be considered as our Membership Administrator, you will need to have:
- Solid previous experience in an administration or a similar role
- Ability to be flexible and able to adapt to several typical administrative responsibilities
- Remote working experience: Comfortable working autonomously, managing your time effectively, and staying motivated in a home-based role
- Good MS Office skills
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to engage and communicate effectively with a diverse range of people, including farmers and rural communities.
- Ability to take ownership of tasks and ensure they are completed to the highest standard without constant supervision.
- Willingness to attend team meetings a few times per year
- Background in or familiarity with the dairy sector or farming is a bonus but not essential.
