Job Title: General Packer – Coffee Roastery

We are representing a company that is a passionate about their people, as well as their coffee roasting company dedicated to providing high-quality, freshly roasted coffee. We are looking for a detail-oriented and hardworking General Packer to join our team and ensure our coffee is packed efficiently and accurately for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately weigh, bag, and seal roasted coffee beans according to company standards.

Label and package coffee products for retail and wholesale distribution.

*

Inspect packaging for quality control, ensuring all products meet specifications.

*

Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.

*

Maintain a clean and organized packing area.

*

Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines at all times.

*

Assist with other tasks in the roastery as needed.

Requirements:

*

Previous experience in a similar packing or warehouse role is a plus but not required.

*

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

*

Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

*

Ability to lift bags of coffee (up to [insert weight, e.g., 25 lbs]) and stand for extended periods.
