We have a fantastic opportunity to work for one of the leading aerospace manufacturers in the UK. Our client is looking for an experienced Process Quality Engineer to join the team based in Tewkesbury on a 12x month FTC.

Within the role, you’ll be responsible for supporting the manufacturing processes on a daily basis which includes improvement initiatives, contributing to APQP elements such as FMEA, MSA, capability studies, control plans, inspection plans and processing non-conformances.
The ideal candidate would have experience in APQP/PPAP obtained within a manufacturing environment, but necessary training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities 
 
Manufacturing non-conformances processing / progressing / facilitating
Supporting the manufacturing processes improvements
Contributing to manufacturing process development through PFMEA and Control Plans
Developing inspection plans
Facilitating Measurement System Analysis studies
Process Capability studies
Key Skills:
Quality background essential
Knowledge of APQP processes aerospace or automotive is essential
Experience in manufacturing environment
Experience in RCCA methodologies
