Daniel Owen are proud to be representing a leading Social Housing Contractor in the Orpington area that are looking for a brand new Business Development Manager to join their team.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following;

Drive new business opportunities and manage key client accounts to ensure growth and satisfaction.
Build strong relationships with clients and suppliers across sectors like Local Authorities, Housing Associations, Healthcare, and more.
Leverage ERP systems to track and manage opportunities, quotes, and sales reports.
Collaborate with internal teams to prepare and submit timely bids and quotations.
Organise and attend client meetings, events, and networking opportunities.
Support the team with strategic insights, ensuring client needs are met and exceeded.
Act as a problem solver, bringing innovative solutions to the table.To be successful in the role you will possess the following skills and attributes:

Proven experience in new business generation and account management, with a focus on growth and results.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, particularly in face-to-face and phone interactions.
Hungry for success and motivated to make a positive impact in your role.
A self-starter with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities.
Problem-solving mindset and a passion for achieving targets.
Experience within the social housing sector is preferred.
