My client is a leading home care provider within the Northeast, part of one of the fastest-growing home care networks in the UK.
The Role:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of home care services, including private care and live-in packages, currently delivering just 100 hours of private care p/w.
Ensure the highest standard of care in line with company policies and CQC regulations.
Play a pivotal role in driving service growth while maintaining quality care delivery.
Manage risks, ensuring all health and safety regulations are fully met.
Take a lead role in managing staff and client issues, including investigations and compliance with safeguarding practices.
Requirements:
Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
Experience in the social care sector, including strategic planning and compliance with CQC standards.
Strong leadership and people management skills, with a track record of providing excellent care.
Proven ability to grow and develop services.
Benefits:
Salary of £33,000 - £40,000 per annum.
33 days annual leave, inclusive of bank holidays.
