I am working alongside a leading civil engineering contractor. They are looking to onboard a site engineer to manage the engineering on a large infrastructure and highways scheme. My client operate across the UK delivering large scale infrastructure packages.

Site engineer responsibilities:

* Conducting daily site surveys.

* Machine control.

* Quality assurance.

* Volume calculations.

* Producing and recording As-built surveys.

* Liaising with main contractor.

* Reporting to the project manager.

Site engineer requirements:

* Right to work in the UK.

* Diploma or degree in civil engineering or surveying.

* CSCS card.

* Previous experience with civils and earthworks.

* Proficient with AutoCAD.

* Proficient with LSS software or N4CE or Trimble business centre.

* Proficient with GPS and total station surveying equipment (Trimble or Topcon).

* Full UK driving licence.
