Senior Site Manager (Residential) - West London - Immediate Start

A Senior Site Manager is required to oversee both external and internal fit out packages on a large new build residential project in West London. The scheme has been on site for 12 months and consists of over 200 apartments built across multiple RC frame blocks.

The Senior Site Manager will be expected to join their existing team and assist them in the management and delivery of the largest block (10 storey+). The ideal candidate would have previously worked for a tier one main contractor / residential developer and would have delivered RC frame residential projects from start to finish. Your main duties will include management of all relevant sub-contractors and direct staff, health and safety talks, inspecting works pre and post works, liaising with the client, attending progress meetings and the general delivery of the programme.

All candidates applying for the role are encouraged to have the following:

* CSCS
* SMSTS
* First Aid

This is a freelance position which requires someone to start urgently but could later lead on to a permanent position.
