Job Title: Labourer (Non-Driver)

Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

Job Description: We are looking for a reliable and physically fit individual to join a removals team as a Lifter and Shifter on a temporary basis. This role involves working alongside a member of staff who will act as both a driver and work leader. You will be responsible for helping clear vacated properties, ensuring items are safely and efficiently moved to designated locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the removal and clearance of furniture, household goods, and other items from vacated properties.
Safely lift, carry, and load items onto vehicles.
Work under the supervision of the driver/work leader to ensure tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
Ensure all items are handled with care to avoid damage during the removal process.
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Communicate effectively with the team to ensure smooth operations.Requirements:

Physically fit and able to lift heavy items.
No prior experience necessary, though previous experience in removals or manual labour is an advantage.
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.
Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
Good communication skills.
Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to contribute to the team's success
