Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Our Client is looking for a Electrical Maintenance engineer to work on one of their key sites, just a short walk from Victoria station. You will be working for one of the most innovative Building services companies in the UK known for their training and progression. On offer is a salary of up to £46,000 with overtime available.

Day to Day Duties

Working Monday-Friday split days, 7am-4pm and 10am-7pm. Part of a 4 man team.

* PPM, HV, UPS and AHU Electrical maintenance

* Undertake all allocated tasks and perform them in a timely and professional manner

* Be proactive to identify and report faults with building services equipment and take steps to resolve

* Be proactive to ensure all H&S issues are reported escalated as required.

* Maintain informal communications with client staff members related to service levels and issues

* Report service affecting issued to the site management team for formal communication with the client

* Remain flexible with regards to site attendance and tasks undertaken within personal competency

* Be fully aware of relevant Health & Safety and general legislative matters

Qualifications/Requirements

* Qualified in Electrical Engineering with certificates.

* Electrical Maintenance skills

* Experience with PPM’s on commercial systems

* Steady and progressive work history

* Experienced in work on large scale building services applications
