TPA Recruit, a leading specialist in engineering recruitment, is looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual to join our team in Newhaven.

What We Offer:

* Competitive Salary: £28,000 - £31,000 per annum, plus bonus

Key Responsibilities:

* Sourcing and placing top talent for engineering roles across the Sussex region

* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates

* Managing the full recruitment process, from job brief to successful placement

* Using our state-of-the-art CRM system (JobAdder) to manage client and candidate interactions

About You:

* A minimum of 3 year’s experience in recruitment, preferably within engineering or technical sectors

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Driven to achieve and exceed placement targets
