About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join a team in Tamworth, UK. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in both mechanical and electrical engineering, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar field service role.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct on-site repairs of machines
Perform fault finding and diagnostics on the machines
Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Provide excellent customer service to clients on-site.Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in a similar field service engineering role.
Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, with the ability to diagnose and repair complex systems.
Familiar with all, or some, of the following: Folding machines, lasers, punch presses, press brakes, guillotine, rolling, coil processors
Proficient in fault finding, diagnostics, and repair.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Full clean UK driving license and flexibility to travel.
Own tool kitDesirable Skills:

Experience working with industrial equipment and machinery.
Knowledge of automation systems, PLCs, and control systems.What We Offer:
