Job Title: Administrator
Working: 40 hrs per week Monday-Friday (08:00-16:30)
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide general administrative support (e.g., booking meetings, filing, producing reports).
* Use the Incident Management System to track and escalate security reports.
* Monitor security alarms and handle faults.
* Manage Security Technician schedules, audits, and reports.
* Oversee the Security mailbox and allocate tasks.
* Promote a positive security culture among staff, customers, and contractors.
Requirements:
* Valid UK driving licence and right to work in the UK (5-year checkable history).
* Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
* Flexibility to work out of hours or weekends when needed.
Desirable: Prior experience in a similar role.
