Position – Contract Manager

Salary – Up to £60,000 per annum + £5,000 car allowance & Annual Bonus

Hours – Monday-Friday

Location – London (Home Counties)

Reporting Into – Senior Contract Manager

Tecrec are currently recruiting for a Contract Manager manage a portfolio of commercial sites across London & surrounding areas, this portfolio is made up of 25 multi-tenanted commercial offices. Our client provides a complete facilities maintenance package, tailored to suit their clients’ needs and to deliver a service cost effectively but to the highest engineering standards.

As the Contract Manager you will manage your own diary and you will be responsible for manging a P&L of planned works from £750K – 1 million, a team of mobile engineers throughout London and home counties.

This is to work for a business which has gone from strength to strength in the industry over recent years and now have over 100 engineers across the business.

The ideal candidate will have managed a portfolio of buildings previously.
